Built between 1996 and 1997, Orange Blossom Villa  fulfilled the need, of the Ventura County Seniors, for a quality Residential and Assisted Living facility.

Located in the City of Fillmore  Orange Blossom Villa is licensed by the California Department of Services (DSS) as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) for a maximum capacity of 86 residents.

Orchcard were OBV is builtOrange Blossom Villa got its name from the place were it was built. For many years the property was a private orchard with the most delicious fruit.

In the spring time the Orange trees Blossom producing the un-mistakable sweet smell of oranges.

In November 1996, we had the ground breaking with the presence of Mr. Kenneth Dunton and Steve Dunton (owners), Mr. Roger Campbell (Mayor), Dolores Day (Fillmore Convalescent Auxiliary) Roy Hays (Veteran) and Ed Zimmerman (Constractor).

 Soon construction began and the structure of our facility started to take shape.

In July 1997 Orange Blossom Villa opened its doors to the community providing services and care to the residents.
