About Us

Built between 1996 and 1997, Orange Blossom Villa  fulfilled the need of Ventura County seniors, for a quality Residential and Assisted Living facility.

Located in the City of Fillmore  Orange Blossom Villa is licensed by the California Department of Social Services (DSS) as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) for a maximum capacity of 66 residents.

Orange Blossom Villa got its name from the place where it was built. For many years the property was a private orchard with delicious oranges!

In the springtime the orange tree blossoms would give off the unmistakable sweet smell of oranges.

In November 1996, we had the ground breaking with the presence of Mr. Kenneth Dunton and Steve Dunton (owners), Mr. Roger Campbell (Mayor), Dolores Day (Fillmore Convalescent Auxiliary) Roy Hays (Veteran) and Ed Zimmerman (Contractor).

Soon construction began and the structure of our facility started to take shape.

In July 1997 Orange Blossom Villa opened its doors to the community, providing services and care to the first residents.

Orange Blossom Villa is a retirement/assisted living facility where you can relax, enjoy life without being concerned about cleaning, cooking or doing laundry, take advantage of great meals, delicious, healthful snacks and fun social activities, all while maintaining your independence.
