Orange Blossom Villa has the prices to accommodate a variety of budgets and services. You may choose the type of unit you desire to accommodate your needs and budget, as well as the difference services or levels of care that the you or your loved one may need.

Spouse Fee

A married couple will be charged only once for the room plus $500.00 for the spouse. (Additional charges do apply for Level of Care Assessments for each person)

 

Move-In Cost

Move-In cost is $1,000.00, (due to reserve apartment) which is divided as follows:

Deposit:  $250.00 refundable (applied to the first months rent).

Residential Fee:  $750.00 non-refundable.  This fee is a one time fee to assure that the common areas of the facility, i.e. dining room, activity room, conference room, library, sunroom, etc. will remain in the same condition for years to come.

Assisted Living Program is priced on an individual basis according to your personal needs.  Our Director of Care will be happy to meet with you to discuss our program and develop a program just for you.

 

Assisted Living Program

We offer an Assisted Living Program to meet your individual needs.  The following services may be provided on a daily basis:

  • Dressing

  • Grooming

  • Bathing

  • Incontinence Care

  • Medication

  • Assistance with Transfers

  • Bedtime Assistance

  • Escort Service

Our levels of care are determined by a full assessment within 5 days of admission and on a monthly basis.  There will also be a full assessment done after a hospital stay.  This assessment will determine the type of assistance that you will need to be able to enjoy a full an active life at Orange Blossom Villa.

We will incorporate the information received from the Physician’s Report, personal assessment by our Director of Care, and family observation.  We will review the assessment with the resident and/or responsible party before the plan of care is implemented.  At that time your individual needs and the fees for service will be discussed.

* All other areas will be $.42 per mile plus $10.00 per hour or fraction thereof wait time.

Returned Check Policy:

The return of a check issued to Orange Blossom Villa will result in a $25.00 service charge per check placed against the account of the resident on whose behalf the check was presented. Each account will be allowed two (2) returned checks after which payment by check will not be accepted. All returned checks will be forwarded to the prosecutor's office if the amount of the check plus the service fee have not been paid within (10) business days of the non-payment.
