Orange Blossom Villa has prices to accommodate a variety of budgets and services. You can choose the type of unit you desire for your needs and budget, as well as the different services or levels of care that you or your loved one may need.

Spouse Fee

A married couple will be charged only once for the room plus $600.00 for a spouse. (Additional charges do apply for Level of Care Assessments for each person)

Move-In Cost

Move-in cost is $1,000.00 (to reserve apartment).

Residential Fee:  $1000.00 non-refundable.  This fee is a one time charge to assure that the common areas of the facility, i.e. dining room, activity room, conference room, library, sunroom, etc. will remain in the same condition for years to come.

Our Assisted Living Program is priced on an individual basis according to your personal needs.  Our Director of Care will be happy to meet with you to discuss options and develop a program just for you.

Assisted Living Program

We offer an Assisted Living Program to meet your individual needs.  The following services may be provided on a daily basis:

        Dressing
        Grooming
        Bathing
        Incontinence care
        Medication
        Assistance with transfers
        Bedtime assistance
        Escort service

Our levels of care are determined by a full assessment within 5 days of admission, and on a monthly basis.  There will also be a full assessment done after a hospital stay.  This assessment determines the type of assistance that you will need to in order to enjoy a full and active life at Orange Blossom Villa.

We will incorporate the information received from the Physician’s Report, personal assessment by our Director of Care, and family observation.  We will review the assessment with the resident and/or responsible party before the plan of care is implemented.  At that time your individual needs and the fees for service will be discussed.

Scheduled Activities Outings - NO CHARGE

The facility will charge any individual for non-activity department transportation using the following rate schedule:
    a. Charge per mile    $  1.50
    b. Service Fee           $45.00
    c. Waiting time         $20.00/Per hour (minimum 1 hour)

Return check policy

The return of a check issued to Orange Blossom Villa will result in a $25.00 service charge per check placed against the account of the resident on whose behalf the check was presented.  Each account will be allowed two (2) returned checks after which payment by check will not be accepted.  All returned checks will be forwarded to the prosecutor's office if the amount of the check plus the service fee have not been paid within (10) business days of the non-payment.
